JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Sr. Project Manager - Building Division: TBD Job Holder Name: Reports to: Business Unit HeadJOB PURPOSE:This position holds the overall responsibility as clients? representative (Several projects) for project delivery from conceptualization to close out phase ensuring adherence to project budget and project schedule. Post-graduation related to construction/project management.? Rich project management experience spanning 15+ years in handling buildings and construction projects; Minimum 5 years of relevant Construction experience in the GCC market.? Experience in handling large projects simultaneously with hands-on expertise in commercial and contractual terms.? Should have a deep understanding of pre-contracting activities like RFIs, RFPs.? Working knowledge of real estate development and construction laws and regulations.? Experience in working with Government officials, design consultants and contractors in Doha/GCC would be an advantage.? Excellent written and verbal communications skills including high proficiency in English/Arabic.? Execution experience of at least one project in segments such as Residential and commercial covering the entire range of activities including Civil, Architecture, Fitout, Electrical, Mechanical, Firefighting, and Landscaping.
