* Ensure timely completion of PLUMBING works, within approved budgets and resources, without compromising on Quality & Safety.* In charge of the day-to-day site PLUMBING works progress.* Ensure all PLUMBING technical aspects are complied with and in conformity with the drawings and specifications.* Efficiently manage the resources falling under his responsibility.* Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work and use them to identify pre-requisites, plan for activities, and project resources.* Efficiently manage the manpower under his responsibility.* Responsible for general management, organisational and operational control of all PLUMBING works in the site under his responsibility.* Organise all site teams, inspect their work and control the overall job.* Monitor costs and ensure with the teams that all works are within the planned budgets provided.
