The Organization Specialist (OD) is responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives. This position proactively addresses and responds to Organizational Development issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate OD solutions, including organizational design, strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, program design, materials development and performance analysis.Key Accountabilities? Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.? Implement programs to develop talent and meet OD needs and program goals aligned with the business strategies.? Evaluates and manages Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes, assessing organizational development needs of operation, business and functional units.? Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.? Conducts research and analyzes benefits plans, programs and policies; and and policies and provides recommendations based on data analyses. Evaluates compensation policies to identify internal trends and compliance improvements.? Compares benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analysis
