JOB REQUIREMENTS:-Bachelor?s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a predominant experience in the Operation and maintenance of MEP Systems.?Minimum 5 years? of successful experience inoperations and maintenance of electrical distribution system, switch gears, transformers, switch-boards, diesel-generator sets, lighting system, earthing and bonding system, lightning protection system and UPS systems. Design knowledge on lighting system and electrical distribution system will be an advantage. OR?Experience: Minimum 5 years? of successful experience in the O&M of Hospitals including Chilled Water fed HVAC Systems, HEPA Filtration for Operating Theaters, Air-cooled Chillers & Dx Units, Centrifugal pumps, water treatment systems knowledge and experience is a plus?Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.?Good knowledge of the Healthcare industry standards, international guidelines (like ISO, BS), local government guidelines and best practices.?Team Player and able to manage systems operation, equipment?s maintenance, staffs and contractors.?Ability to manage cost effective corrective maintenance and Adhoc works.?Self-motivated, Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking and good decision-making abilities.?Strong capability to communicate with Clients and stakeholders under a FM environment. ?Fast learner in all the specificities of the assignments.?Able to redact precise reports.
