- 8 years? experience as Mechanical Supervisor in O&M of commercial office buildings- Experience to manage manpower and works- BSC Mechanical Engineering- Must be able to communicate and report in English- Must have Computer knowledge of MS Windows. Knowledge of SAP / CMMS (preferable)- Must have adequate Supervisory and Technical knowledge and understand maintenance planning & scheduling to effectively organize the manpower, tools & equipment and materials to perform the required maintenance works- Must possess a valid Qatar Driver License
