The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians while ensuring high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and service standards.? Key Responsibilities:•Lead and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians in daily workshop operations•Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in premium vehicles•Ensure repairs and servicing are carried out according to manufacturer standards•Allocate jobs, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of work•Conduct quality checks on completed repairs before vehicle delivery•Train and mentor team members on advanced automotive technologies•Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures•Coordinate with service advisors on job status and technical requirements?
