Position: Material Data OfficerSection : Procurement & Supply ChainCompany : Nakilat - Keppel Offshore & Marine LtdLocation : Ras Laffan and DohaJob Summary and PurposeTo assist Warehouse officer/ supervisor in his responsibilities.Key Accountabilities:? Responsible for Warehouse administration and processing of reports in ERP systems. ? Maintains accurate inventory records & Reports.? Raising Inspection Request of material received.? Maintenance of MTC tracking record in the system.? Maintenance of all files including filing.? Maintaining Discrepancy Register.? Liaising with department for preparing reports.? Assists the officers in his section with administrative duties as and when required.? Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.Functional? Warehouse material processing skills? Computer Skills? Communication Skills? Initiative & AttitudeQualifications, Experience and Skills? Diploma of any type, coupled with warehousing or materials management experience.?
