Position Summary:Manager ? Unit OperationsRole Description:Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: ? Responsible for overall operations, resources and functions of the respective units/ clinic / hospital.? Responsible for the Profit & Loss and financial performance of the unit.? Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of the Unit with discipline ? Prepare annual budget of the unit. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.? Enhance patient satisfaction level by addressing all patience feedback & grievances on time. Take corrective and preventive actions against all complaints and feedbacks after discussing with leadership team.? Implement organizational Vision, Core Values, Credo and GOLD Standards in the unit while maintaining cohesiveness, motivation, commitment and effectiveness.
