We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor / Facilities Supervisor for our Company to manage the residential compound facilities. Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:? Ensure all work is carried out as per the request received from any operation, as per the specification.? Plan, organize and control the maintenance service to ensure prompt, efficient and quality service to all operations, functional departments and clients as per the request received from the locations, clients or any other departments.? Liaise with the Operations Manager to discuss day to day maintenance request received, completed, pending for reasons such as approvals, quotations etc.? Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance ? Maintenance supervisors oversee and coordinate the team who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.? Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work ? Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance? Strong technical knowledge of all building systems? Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulationsProfile requirement - ? Preferred candidates having a Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering ? Minimum seven years of experience out of which two years of GCC experience
