Learning & Development Coach will work closely with the Training & Talent Development Head to provide day-to-day operational supervision to employees and actual field execution of all training and development activities in Qatar, Bahrain & Oman? Ensure that all planned training activities are efficiently executed ? Conduct soft skills programs i.e. leadership skills, coaching skills, etc.? Support in-store training system by visiting the stores in his/her area of responsibility and communicate results with the Ops leaders.? Responsible for technical and managerial skills training of the newly hired employees to enhance their expertise, skills and performance.? Responsible for conducting the brand orientation.? Responsible for training centres and module trainers? certification.? Responsible for providing managerial module to all learners? Counsel employees and store managers about the organization?s training programs and policies and arrange employees? participation in internal and external training, so that organization training resources are allocated efficiently.? To ensure that training prerequisites are completed before staff promotion
