Hiring Lead Instrument and Control Engineer from Operating Oil and gas Company.Job Location: QatarOffshore departmentPRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:Provides specialist support in all aspects to manage all Instrumentation & Control Systems to the Head of maintenance. Provides core maintenance expertise in the development of proposals for modifications or additions to existing equipment and system.Provides Control System (DCS, ESD, F&G and Instrumentation) support to Site Operations in troubleshooting major problem areas.Attending site to assist and resolve difficult breakdowns related to Control Systems (DCS, ESD, F&G and Instrumentation).Develops comprehensive preventive maintenance programmes for successful implementation.Involved in the development and implementation of Departmental and Divisional Quality Management System Procedures.Knowledge:BS degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Instrumentation's Engineering or equivalent.
