A. Accountabilities / Responsibilities:? Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.? Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware and servers, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all problems.? Shall serves as the technical expert and focal point for installation, configuration and testing of hardware and software associated with multiple operating systems and computer platforms.B. Qualifications:? Familiarity with Client or Server and web enabled infrastructure? Well versed with MS Office and SharePoint Application? Must have expertise in MS Office Application? Must be skilled in enhancing user experience using MS Office products? Previous experience with Windows systems support? Experience with software supporting Helpdesk operations HP Service Manager? Experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware and software)? Installation of Windows OS, Offices and Client?s applicationsC. Education / Qualifications: ? Diploma or higher in ITD. Experience: ? Minimum 5 - 7 years of IT support experience? Minimum 2 years user training experience or equivalentE. Certifications:? CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, MCPF. Generic & Specific Skills:?? Good communication skills? People management capabilities are essential?G. Others: ? Qatar Residents only with Transferable visa.? Must possess valid Qatar driving license and a car?
