Minimum experience of 5 years in Desktop support role with a minimum of 3 years? experience in Oil & Gas companies and Onshore Plants. Adequate experience with managed print solutions. Must be working with the current employer in Qatar for the last 5 years as minimum. Participated in Windows migration Projects and Office move Experience working with service management, monitoring and service delivery tools. Experience with service desk, incident management and request fulfillment ITIL processes. ITIL Certification preferable. Experience with email archiving solution. Experience with video conferencing, AV systems and remote tools. Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and MS Office. Hands on Windows active directory. Incumbents must be from Doha or Ras Laffan.
