Join our motivated and vibrant Team as hygiene and quality Manager and build your career with us.KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESFormulate, develop and monitor the implementation of hygiene and quality policies, systems, procedures, and standards for existing activities and new processes within the business in order to ensure effective risk managementInvestigate health, safety, and food hygiene-related complaints and ensure that such complaints are concluded to a practicable standardOversee food safety across the organization to ensure that the requisite legislative and best practice standards are established and maintainedAct as HACCP Team LeaderLiaise with external auditors in relation to food safetyDevelop and maintain an effective risk assessment strategy/culture and through auditing ensure that all risk assessments are of suitable and sufficient standardEnsure the effective management of fire risk with the Security ManagerConduct internal safety audits to monitor safety performance against prescribed standards and to provide feedback to management as appropriateContribute to the development and harmonization of safety standards across the business through active work with other businessesEstablish organizational systems and risk control methods relating to hardware and human performance by advising line management on matters such as legal and technical standardsDevelop and implement cost-effective safety management/accident prevention strategies to control direct and indirect costs arising from work-related accidents and ill health involving guests, employees, and contractorsEnsure that effective safety planning includes realistic short- and long-term objectives, and that a cost-benefit analysis approach is used to determine priorities and establish performance standardsLiaise with Heads of Departments and the Learning and Development Manager to identify safety training needs and ensure that safety training programs undertaken reflect the needs of the business and the delegates involvedYour experience and skills include:Preferably locally availableComprehensive knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices,Highly effective trainer on Level 3 food safety & HACCP trainings.Proactive problem solver & excellent organizational skills.
