URGENT OPENING? Minimum HSC/ITI/Diploma or its equivalent? Should have 10 years of supervising experience & atleast 03 yrs in oil & gas industry.? Should have advanced knowledge in principles of refrigeration, heating& air handling.? Should have knowledge & skill in hand tools & diagnostic equipment used in maintenance & repair.? Ability to read & interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating & maintenance instruction &procedures manuals? Plan, schedule, & assign work & crews to ensure adequate resources for efficient performance of duties.? Monitor jobs to ensure quality & compliance with standards, update Hvac record, and report on performance & resolve issue.? Instruct personnel on activates relating to air conditioning & refrigeration maintainance to ensure an acceptable work performance level.? Supervise or assist in personnel actions including ,bur not limited to hiring performance appraisals, promotions & scheduling time off.? Age between 20 and 40 years.?
