Job Description

We are looking for a HSE Officer for one of our project. Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:Duties and Responsibilities? Responsible for implementing HSE policies & procedures. ? Responsible for monitor the performance of the health, safety and environmental systems and make the required modifications. Educate the health, safety and environmental systems users about the correct way of using these systems.? Conduct daily /Weekly / Monthly inspections of all areas to ensure the implementation of QHSE policies and practices. Direct safety, security and fire fighting team, to ensure high quality services are delivered to the client.? Conduct HSE Incident reporting and Investigations.? Identifying and evaluating HSE hazards and associated risks and developing HSE risk assessments for relevant areas.? Ensure that processes needed for the HSE management system are implemented and maintained. ? Investigate potential hazards, dangerous occurrences, accidents and employees' complaints.? Ensure that work is carried out as per the set industry norms and also adhere to the company policies while designing and maintaining the systems.? Attend safety meetings and present reports to the client and management as per the defined schedules.? Make regular reports regarding the system performance and new developments and conduct regular trainings.Candidates profile? Must have a Bachelor?s degree or Diploma a with minimum five years of experience in Facilities Management background? Preferred female candidates? Nebosh IGC certification is must.
