? 7+ years of demonstrable experience in implementing, configuring and customizing the HCM EBS modules ? Experience with the Oracle Application suite and knowledge of key relationships / dependencies across the HCM modules and other Oracle application suite modules. ? Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL expertise? Good knowledge in Oracle Forms & Oracle Application Development Framework. ? Previous Experience in middle east implementations preferably Qatar ? Oracle Workflow and HR Analytics is strongly desired? Working knowledge of HR Business Processes and Data flows? Integration experience with external systems? Excellent communication and client interaction skills required.
