HR / Admin OfficerJob Location : Doha, QatarResponsibilities :•Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitor•Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.•Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.•Preparing Letter such us ( COC, Termination Letter, Warning Letter, Memos, Reports )•Responsible for getting air ticket quotations and booking•Follow up approval for Leave (Annual, Maternity, Sick, Casual Leave)•Monitoring of MOI report for such cases (Out of the country, Run away, AWOL)•Perform secretarial Job is a plusQualifications :•Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking & written)•Must have knowledge•Flexible to work longer hours if required•MS Office Proficiency ( Excel - Vlook up, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word)•Mandatory working experience in Holding Company•Must be locally available in QATAR•with valid Qatar ID
