Position filled.Our client is seeking an excellent Lebanese chef to work in Doha.Cooking mainly lunch and dinner for a family of 8, the family entertain on a regular basis.Generally straight shifts / 8am till 6pm or Midday till 10pm. 6 Days a week / 7 day weeks when travelling, up to 3 months of the year there is travel, 2 month will be spent on the owners 140 meter yacht, 1 month between Marrakech, London, Paris, New York.Position starts asap, yearly contract rolling in a permanent position.Chef needs to ensure that any special diet and allergy requirements are catered for at all times.The family enjoys a more relaxed healthy style of food, but when they are entertaining it is definitely fine dining.Arabic and English language requiredThe family have a staff cook but on his day off the chef may be asked to assist another chef in preparation of staff food.Salary : $4000 per monthAccommodation provided plus a car if chef can driveMedical cover and Uniform supplied1 months vacationReturn flightFood suppliedAccommodation provided.
