Your responsibilities include but not limited to instructing and coaching guests with various exercise activities and the fundamentals of sports. You will assess individual physical fitness levels and encourage set and reaching fitness goals. You will demonstrate techniques and methods of participation and observe and inform of corrective measures necessary to improve skills and physique.What We Need From YouIdeally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for:

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
  • Certification as a Personal Trainer
  • Certification in Group Exercise
  • Experience instructing and leading exercises in an adult fitness setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and diverse work environment
  • Experience working as a pool and beach lifeguard is essential
