JOB DESCRIPTIONDUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:?Maintain a good understanding of the Safety Management System?Maintain a good working knowledge of quality procedures and policies in accordance with the current ISO Quality system in regards to job function?Dispatching preparation and maintenance of down hole tools and fishing equipment insuring they are maintained and inspected to relevant standards and fit for purpose?Liaise with customer and drilling crew on trouble shooting and job planning to insure effective solution are recogized and carried out?Assist with training and performance management of Trainee Fishing Engineers?Complete appropriate job reports and other relevant paper work and insure it is filed and distributed accordingly?Attending customer meetings as required?Write specific job procedures as required?Assist with product sales and support functions?On call 24 hours?Other duties as directedQUALIFICATIONS?REQUIRED SKILLS:?Tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with both the support team, managers and customer representatives.?Ability to convey a positive and professional image to the clients (personality).?Must be conscientious and detail oriented?Ability to communicate and convince the customers on the remedial solutions related to fishing operations.?Computer literate
