Role Description:Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: We require a Facility Management professional 10 to 15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary environment involving Operation & Maintenance of Commercial Office Buildings, Multi-Storey Carpark, Recreational Facilities, chillers and freezer operations, etc.- Must be able to communicate and report in English- Must have computer knowledge in MS Office, Knowledge of SAP / CMMS (preferable)- Must have adequate supervisory and technical knowledge and understand maintenance planning & scheduling to effectively organize the manpower, tools & equipment and materials to perform the required maintenance works - Should have experience in handling both Hard & Soft Services- Must possess a valid Qatar Driver LicenseTeam Organization:Reporting to: General Manager
