We are looking for a Facilities Manager for one of the high-end residential compound, you will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and supervising facility maintenance operations for the compound. Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:- Responsible for managing, handling the facilities and dealing with multi-cultural tenants.- Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the operations in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the clients in line with the contract.- Manage day to day activity in compound operation, maintenance, STP O & M, housekeeping and landscaping. - Acquire daily updates from maintenance teams and report to management- Supervise and direct the work of the service providers and handover of the units as per the agreed timeframe.- Responds appropriately and resolve daily emergency maintenance requests from the tenants as they arise.- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system.- Monitors all service providers as per contract and reviews their performance as per the KPI?s and provide report to management- Lead and motivate co- staff by creating healthy work environment. Requirements- At least 10 years of work experience as Compound / Facility Manager in a high end housing. - At least 10 ? 15 years Technical qualified in HVAC, electrical, mechanical and civil. - GCC / Qatar experience - Bachelor Degree in Engineering- Analytical and mature in decision making. - Can manage a team of 60 staff with different discipline.
