We are looking for a Facilities Manager for one of the high-end residential compound, you will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and supervising facility maintenance operations for the compound. Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:? Responsible for Managing and handling the facilities and ensure that all work is carried out as per the contract and client specification.? Planning, organizing and controlling operations in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the clients in line with superior?s instructions.? Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system.? Acquire daily updates from maintenance teams and report to management? Supervise and direct the work of the service providers and handover of the units as per the agreed timeframe.? Coordinates for all aspects of facility management; cleaning, pest control, waste management, preventive and corrective maintenance.? Responds appropriately and resolve daily emergency maintenance requests from the tenants as they arise.? Monitors all service providers as per contract and reviews their performance as per SLA?s (number of calls responded to, execution time, etc) and provide report to management? Ensure PPMs are carried out as per the PPM calendar and submit report to management? Monitor all costs to ensure they meet the target set by the Management? Lead and motivate co- staff by creating healthy work environment. ? Reviews customer feedback and escalates any issues for improvement to Management.Requirements? Candidates must have minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management background in which minimum 05 years in a Managerial role? Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering ? A good understanding of property maintenance, methodologies and processes.? Strong people management skills? Excellent communication skills
