Estimation & Planning EngineerJob Location : Qatar:?Extensive experience in Planning, Scheduling and Civil estimation works?Review of bid documents, specifications and drawings, contract schedule requirements & other details to prepare cost and labor estimates for projects.?Initial Checking & Preparing scope summary of received tender for management review?Preparing Project execution plan up to level 3 as per the prescribed formats in Tender?Receiving inputs from Estimation Team for preparation of Manpower Histogram and S- curves Schedule and reply to Post bid clarifications?Float enquiries (RFQ) to receive quotations for the materials & services.?Organizing bids for subcontract works and technical/commercial evaluation of Vendors & Subcontractors proposal?To carry out pre-tender meetings & Site survey for the bidding & retrofit projects, to collect the drawings & details of existing equipments.?Price negotiation & technical clarifications with suppliers during tender stage?Preparing Techno-commercial Proposal in compliance with client requirements specified in the RFQ/ITB, provide pricing in a timely manner and management of tender bids.?Preparing technical submittals and reply to bid clarifications?Coordination with project team, if required?Preparation of bid before bid closing date?Ensure proper analysis of all information in the tender and initiate necessary corrective actions as required.?Comparison Studies based on suppliers/sub-contractors/vendors Quotations?To cooperate with the company to enable it to discharge its own responsibilities successfully.?Providing necessary supports to Estimation team in order to submit the tender in on time and efficient manner
