Job DescriptionYou must have a thorough knowledge of eCommerce operations and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of the complete business unit.What you will do:? Take complete ownership of owned e-commerce channels as well as external/third party marketplaces that we work with? Enhancing the eCommerce platforms for business growth? Supervise the warehouse activities to make sure operations related flows are seamless, deliver last-mile service to fulfill customers? needs.? Manage local business partners to ensure the overall e-Commerce supply chain process optimization including demand planning, logistics, inventory and safety stock planning.? Optimize and manage the entire operation process and coordinate with IT, customer service, merchandising, content and logistics to deliver operation excellence? Staying up to date regarding market developments in this space. Identify new requirements in a fast-evolving market, increase online shopping experience to convert and retain customers.? Responsible for implementing e-Commerce strategy and managing the end to end e-Commerce revenue? Working with the CEO and GM to make decisions for operational activities and setting strategic goals? Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress? Owning the P&L Responsibility of the E-Commerce Channel? Market mapping and analysis to discover new strategic partnerships? Ensuring the long term viability of the business by identifying trends and modifying strategies? Manage operation assistance on product transfer requirements and communicate with offline stores.Ideal Candidate Profile -? Should have hands-on experience in the e-commerce Operations domain? Must have a complete understanding of how the e-commerce industry functions with respect to logistics, sourcing, stacking and warehousing and delivery? Must be self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable to business growth fluctuations, work comfortably and effortlessly in group settings, be a persuasive and charismatic individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.
