Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced, creative, people orientated Food and Beverage Director for a 5 star Hotel in Doha. You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all property F&B operations while maintaining a profitable department. You will market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover and meet budgets, while keeping quality consistently high. You will already have a background in International 5 star properties and will be able to demonstrate not only a comprehensive understanding of quality Food and Beverage operations, but you will also have excellent guest and man management skills, with an eye for detail and a modern, forward thinking approach. To apply for this role you should have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within an upscale 5 star luxury property and you will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
