Key Job Responsibilities? Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while providing excellent guest service.? Coordinate department's activities with other departments to facilitate increased levels of communication.? Oversees the operational activities of all the outlets daily.? Develops all forecast, budgeting and capex in line with the Hotel Business plan.? Monitors and changes the Outlet menus with the Chef.? Ensures that the guest satisfaction is on the highest possible level at all times.? Ensure HACCP standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards as per Municipality requirements.
