Role & Responsibilities:? Do as directed by Chef in handling party menu and theme for party? Participates in preparing, cooking and presenting culinary dishes? Coordinate planning, budgeting, and purchasing for all the food operations for party? Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item for party? Overseeing party attendees? Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen? Trouble-shooting any problems that may arise. Candidate Profile:? A degree or diploma in restaurant management? At least 2 years? experience in 5?Star Hotel? Experience in international cuisine with excellent cooking skills in fine dining? An understanding of produce and ingredients? Must be presentable Salary - QR 2,000 + Co. Accommodation + Pool Transport
