Nair Systems is currently looking for Data Engineer ? Azure for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data models that support business goals Build and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouseWrite and maintain code in SQL and/or programming languages such as Python, C#, or ScalaCreate and maintain documentation for data pipelines and data modelsCreate and maintain monitoring and alerts for data pipeline failuresOptimize and improve data pipeline performanceWork with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and solve data-related problemsQualifications:MSc / BSc Degree with minimum 3-5 years relevant experienceStrong knowledge of data warehousing principles and practicesStrong Knowledge of data governance and data management best practicesStrong experience in SQL, DAX and one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, or ScalaExperience working with Azure PlatformExperience with ETL tools and frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in an Agile development environmentExperience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plusOther SkillsAbility to work independently and manage self towards goals, while being a genuine team playerWillingness to undertake tasks at all levels when necessaryExcellent communication skills (both interpersonal and written)Effective facilitation skillsContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to balance multiple projects and teams and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous, environmentThe selected candidates shall join Nair Systems - Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume at the earliest
