Role:1- Manage, coordinate and supervise rig-based completion and workover operations to implement completionsand workover operations as per a written completion or workover program.2- Ensure the adequacy of personnel, equipment, services and the adherence to local/international regulationsrequired for safe and efficient completion & WO operation implementation3- Interface constantly with Senior Completions and Workover Engineers (CWE) to prepare, review andmobilize equipment and required services.4- Interface with Rig drilling Supervisor during rig based operation.5- Report to the onshore management team on a daily basis all completions and workover operations.6- Hold Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) toolbox talk and pre-job safety meetings prior to execute criticalcompletions and workover operational steps.7- Be involved in completions and workover equipment stock management.8- Ensure all material required to perform the operation are mobilized on site as per plan.9- Prepare all material request lists, offshore instructions, tallies as per written completions or workoverprogram to safely and efficiently run operations.10- On request, supervise Well Service (e.g. CT, SL, eline), stimulation jobs, zonal sleeve shifting and wellheadmaintenance operations (platform-based operations)
