A leading Pharmaceutical distribution company is looking to hire a Country Manager for its business operations in Qatar.The incumbent must have 25+yrs experience in similar industry, must 15+yrs in a senior management role is mandatory. - Manage the entire Day to Day operations of the Pharma Sales Division.- Prepare Business Plan, Budgets and plan for annual growth. - Coordination with Principal Companies. - Identifying new Business Opportunities. - Managing & Coaching Sales Team.- Ensure team meets expected Sales targets.
