The Clinical Dietitian assesses patients? nutritional needs and develop a food plan for the patient. He/She also will work with doctors and nurses to develop the correct food plan for the patient based on the medical needs.? Provide dietary services in accordance with company guidelines? Develop nutrition plans and implement interventions based on knowledge of patient?s current health? Complete assessments of clients and adapt nutrition plans as needed? Implement personalized, age-specific and culturally appropriate nutrition strategies? Deliver client nutrition recommendations to physicians, nurses and other staff? Provide nutrition education and counseling for patientsRequirements? At least two years of related experience? Bachelor?s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field? Excellent interpersonal skills? Experience with data entry and data analysis? Strong problem solving, project management and organization skills? Must hold a license in Dietetics and must be eligible for licensure with QCHP
