Civil Site Engineer

Job Purpose:To manage the site in tenant designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments.Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
Maintaining all the documentation and records regarding ongoing projects and completed ones of the tenants.
Supervise the ongoing project sites.
Workaround constraining factors such as planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
Work closely with a team of other professionals such as engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
Apply for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
Write and present reports, proposals, applications, and contracts to the Team Leader.
Specify the requirements for the project.
Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
Play a part in the project and team management.
Travel regularly to sites, proposed locations, and meetings.
Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, as assigned by the Team leader from time to time.
