Understand the Road Operation and Management Department scope task and target.Coordinate with stakeholders for executing operations and maintenance of road networks in coordination with the Management Consultants (MC)/ contractors.Plan and program road repair works on the networksMonitor stakeholders work schedules, set priorities and ensure the appropriate assignment of equipment, materials, and personnel.Administer, prioritize and oversee major repairs on the road network, oversee assignment maintenance crews to repair networks.Ability to undertake supervisory and inspection ( for contract compliance) tasks as assigned by Lead EngineersWork proactively with the RMD and design consultants to resolve any design related issues.Prioritize projects and assign work to outsourced maintenance crews to repair road networks, taking into consideration criticality of work to be executed.Ensure that incidents / emergencies reported are attended to and resolved by the maintenance contractors or in-house teams
