Just a stone?s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.As the Chief Steward you will be responsible to manage all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs and the optimum quality level of sanitation. Minimize cost through breakage, loss and excessive chemical usage and appropriate staffing levels in accordance with the Hotel forecast. Keep aware of trends, systems practices and equipment in Food and Beverage related issues through trade literature and site visits.Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Degree in Hospitality or related fields? Minimum of Three years? experience in hotel stewarding functions with team leading roles? Must speak English language? Luxury & Lifestyle experience is an advantage? Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
