Job Responsibilities:- Supervise the logistics aspects of all material/cargo movement in and out of port for all Offshore Operation Companies.- Supervises, directs and controls assigned Contracted personnel engaged in the activities of Port Logistics Operations.- Execute effectively material movement (coordination) process in/out of the port.- Supervise effective execution of material staging process including ensuring supervising area is safe, clean and ready for operation.- Supervise loading/offloading of vessels process and related Safety and Environmental procedures to ensure offshore material movement is efficient and offshore vessels operate safely within a high risk environment. Implements QA and HSE policies and Departmental Procedures conducting audits to ensure compliance.- Supervise all Lifting and Hoisting activities related to cargo movement.- Responsible for optimal utilisation of dedicated cranes and forklifts.- Responsible for updated related software and providing relevant information and responsible for control and quality of relevant cargo documents.- Responsible for correct Charging Mechanism data input for the company related activities.- Responsible for control of relevant contractors' compliance to the company requirement.
