Minimum Requirements:Educational: Degree in Metallurgical Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering with good knowledge of Metallurgy).Technical Qualifications: NDT Level II ( RT/UT/PT/MT), CSWIP or AWS and Lead Auditor qualification.Experience: Minimum 10 years with minimum, with at least 5 years lead/supervisory positionThe candidate should have a good experience in : - Oil and Gas in service inspection as owner representative.- Material inspection- Metallurgy- Welding inspection and Knowledge of codes & standards- Mechanical testing- Hydrotest pressure vessel/piping/pipeline- Corrosion - NDT testing - Painting- Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for static equipment and materials- Review and comment on Technical Queries
