Responsibilities/Requirements:? Shall demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in welding and Material inspection of equipment/piping/valves etc. related to Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Industries.? Familiar with all quality control aspects, Welding, Metallurgy, Materials, and multidiscipline inspection NDT activities in the project.? Preparation/review of quality documentation, WPS/PQR, NDT procedures, etc.? Experienced in Fabrication Shop/Erection sites activities for Oil & Gas Projects, or operating Petrochemical/Oil & Gas plants, out of which at least 5 years should be in lead/supervisory position. ? Experienced in review of Material/Equipment purchase requisition, performing technical bid evaluation and review of inspection report.? Good knowledge in International codes, Standards and Specifications and reputed Oil & Gas sector COMPANY practices/project specification is required.? Very good communication skills (in both verbal and written English).? Having good knowledge to work in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, etc..Qualifications:? Degree in Metallurgical Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering with good knowledge of Metallurgy). ? Should have completed at least 4 years of formal education in a professional college, leading to the Engineering degree.? Qualifications in Welding & Materials fields are desirable? Shall have NDT Level-II (RT, UT, PT, MT), Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO Certificate) and Welding professional qualification (CSWIP or AWS) - CSWIP 3.2 Certifications from reputed agencies in painting and Vessel/Piping inspection or other relevant subjects will be advantageous.
