Nair Systems is currently looking for Application Support Engineer our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARYApplication management for Information Technology systems, providing L2 and L3 support for applications mainly on Merchant integrations with QPAY, CyberSource and MPGS gatewayQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCERequired Qualifications:ú Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology.Required Experience:ú Relevant experience minimum of 5+ years in Banking and Merchant acquiring payment gateways.ú Relevant experience in aggregators and PSP conceptsú Experience in handling CyberSource, MPGS, QPAY and QCB gateways.ú Experience of working in the payments industry, preferably ecommerceú Ability to write basic code in a mainstream language such as Java, .NET, ASP or PHPú Strong knowledge and Experience in SQL query for both Oracle and SQL Server.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITESú Providing 2nd and 3rd level support to Compliance and Payment systems in terms of upgrades and projects and BAU.ú Develop in-depth knowledge of Ecommerce payment gateway through research and testing in order to act as a Subject Matter Expert with banks merchantsú Write small internal computer applications to provide proof-of-concept ideas, to test ecommerce payment gateway and to troubleshoot merchant issues by helping the banks merchant-facing teams.ú Vendor coordination for new developments, issues & fixesú Performing preventive maintenance activities on core applicationsú Ensure continuous knowledge development and participate effectively in knowledge transfers programs.ú Strong Capability to help end users and business in reporting to regulatory by providing the necessary reports.ú Supporting BCP & Disaster Recovery activitiesú Data and servers monitoring of Payment gatewaysú Extending support for new implementations and projects that would include manage projects from Application Support side.Terms and conditions Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
