Interface and meet with stakeholders as needed for software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training & support? Implement software while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations.? Manipulating database contents from PL/SQL and/or Java code.? Programming and tuning database functions, SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers etc.? Inform management and relevant personnel of projects status? Assist in presenting the software to key prospects during detailed demonstrations? Address technical questions; occasionally provide backup to existing technical support staff; resolve customer technical issue and concerns? Develop and deliver customer training? Work with team members to define, prioritize and implement selected enhancementsRequired Qualifications & Skills? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, or Computer/Electronics Engineering.? 5-8 years of experience in IT environment? Experience leading change transformations and/or operations projects? Understanding of the principles of change management and performance metrics and dialog? Outstanding problem-solving skills? Strong understanding of OBIEE ad-hoc reports development? Strong understanding of Oracle EBS? Strong people skills and ability to engage all levels of the organization? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations
