Responsibilities:Responsibilities: He/She should be sound in electrical devices ? IOT devices, Meter I/O, Electrical Parameters, I/O connectivity, Networking, Communication, RCA.He/She must Manage, the team, who are implementing AMI Smart Meter Solutions.Involved in design, development, and implementation of AMI solutions, SMOC, and operations and maintenance of the same including Smart Metering Roll-Out Programs.Involved in Implementation & Deployment of customized Data Warehouse.Data analytics.Develop SLA with implementation partners.Run the AMI Command Centre ? SMOC operations during and post smart meters rollout (Onsite).Manage and staff the AMI Command Centre ? SMOC with a team having relevant skills.Training and capacity building sessions on AMI SMOC Operation Solutions needs to give to Customer AS & WHEN required.Training and capacity building sessions on AMI SMOC Operation Solutions and relevant subjects of Power/Energy/Utilities related to client needs to give to the team members AS & WHEN required.Supporting specialist activities as Power/Energy/Utilities Business Analyst and Functional Expert.Vendors and Contractors Management.Roaster, Shift, Leave and Emergency Plan Management.Interactions with, managing and front-facing the clients, both business and technical.Gathering new customer requirements as per the needs and requirements from business, creation of Change Requests (CRs) as per feasibility study along with partner team, submission of CRs to the customer and implementation of the approved CRs along with the partner team.Requirement Gathering, Customer Interaction, AS IS STUDY, Co-ordination with AMI Application Partner and existing Data Analysis and Design.Preparing & Getting Customer Sign Off on Technical Design Documentation.Core Competences:Should be aware (Available Industrial Usage) AMI Sub Systems: HES, MDMS, AMC, JDE, CMS and AI based various reports for analysis.AMI Applications from: Oracle, , Trilliant, BOSCH, Genus, Landy?s and Gear, Itron etc.,Should have experience in Meter Configurations and Load Profile parameters analysis- Itron, Holy, Iskra, L&G, Honeywell etc.,Experience Required:15+ years of experience in Smart Metering and AMI solution.Operated & Managed as a lead AMI Smart Meter Operations- HES, MDMS, AMC, JDE, Various Report Analysis like No communication meter, Billing, Connection & Disconnection, Meter (IP, Meter, Sim, Com-module) Mismatch, Water Leakage Analysis, Contractor follows ups also worked on various makes and models of smart meters and field operations ? worked for various Utility Global (both Electric and Water meters) companies.AMI Systems certification (If you have it, Chances of Selection is Easy)Education:Engineering/master?s degree: Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Systems Engineering/Electronics & Communications.View Less
