We from a private Banking Company in DIFC is seeking an experienced Sr. Relationship Manager / Executive Director / Director to join our growing team.Job Title: Sr. Relationship Manager / Associate Director / Director - Private BankingLocation: Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), DubaiExperience Required: Minimum 4 years of Banking and Wealth/Investment Advisory in the UAEKey Responsibilities:• Cultivate new client relationships and focus on expanding the book/AUM of clients.• Meet assigned/target revenue goals for the business.• Grow overall assets under management.• Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions.• Provide comprehensive wealth management services to clients.• Identify and target potential new business opportunities within the market.• Maintain regular client contact, conducting face-to-face meetings to assess client objectives and deliver suitable product portfolios.• Ensure compliance with internal control standards and DFSA regulatory requirements.Key Qualifications / Experience:• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and wealth management in the UAE.• Established career in a prestigious banking institution with strong relationships among HNW and UHNW clients in the MEA region.• Extensive network in the private banking industry to support growth strategies and revenue objectives.• Proven ability to acquire HNW and UHNW clients through referrals and proactive networking.• Strong team player with a commitment to professional excellence, innovation, and performance under pressure.• Demonstrated integrity and adherence to compliance standards and regulatory policies.• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or related field from a reputable university or institute.• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.What We Offer:• Competitive Salary Package• Annual Performance Incentives• Commission Structure with up to 35% slab-based earnings
