Recruitment consultant /CRM We have a vacancy available for Recruitment consultant cum CRM for our office in New Delhi Candidates should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare recruitment industry Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environmentAdvertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazinesReceiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the clientHeadhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in workMange to handle clients & candidates relationship Good communication and written skills organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the clientInforming candidates about the results of their interviewsReviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.Recruitment Executive We have a Vacancy available for Recruitment Executives for our office in Kochi, Delhi, Chennai Experience: 0-2 years. Good command on English communication & written skills Knowledge about the hiring tips , how to source Doctors & nurses for overseas jobs Knowledge about the Middle east and EU markets Prefer languages : English , Hindi and Malyalam
