Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dbayeh for a Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and driving sales. The Marketing Officer will report directly to the Operations Director and work closely with the rest of the team.Key Responsibilities1. Managing Social Media Accounts

  • Create and schedule posts.
  • Manage our social media community, engaging and communicating with the audience.
  • Track results, and adjust strategy accordingly.
2. Website Management
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Content creation: blogging, and website updates
  • Website analytics
3. Marketing Automation
  • Email lists updating and cleansing
  • Email creation and optimization
  • Marketing automation
4. Tracking Customers Journey
  • Discern the customers activities throughout their journey
  • Identify new opportunities to engage with clients throughout the roadmap
  • Develop new marketing strategies to improve conversion
  • Measure and assess marketing activities accordingly
5. Other Marketing Activities
  • Press Releases
  • Catalog editing
  • Design tasks
  • Creative initiatives
