Job Description

  • Accounting of debtors / creditors / bank statements
  • Monitoring of invoices / credit notes of suppliers and to clients
  • Scanning of all incoming/external invoices
  • Managing petty cash
  • Affiliated invoices with the Group
  • Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
  • Posting G/L entries
  • External audit preparation as per IFRS and support to Head of Finance
  • Monthly/quarterly closing/reconciliation of books of accounts
  • Bad debtors follow-up / dunning process
  • Others as instructed by direct superior
