Background Experience in leading/ executing projects related to business and financial advisory at a premier investment bank, consulting firm, rating agency or in the corporate planning and strategy group of a leading corporate.Key Responsibilities ? P&L responsibility (Revenue & Profit targets)? Responsible for business development by expanding/ acquiring new business mandates to achieve budgets? Develop client relationship with the objective of securing mandates from existing and new clients ? Vendor registration with private and government institutions for consulting projects? Project lead for mandates which fall within candidates? area of expertise which may include strategy formulation, business plan, feasibility studies, and transaction support (due diligence, valuation, IM preparation, etc) ? Manage/ liaison with offshore team to simultaneously deliver multiple projects as per client requirements and deadlines within overall budgets? Support India team on projects requiring on-ground assistance on meetings, data gathering and language/ translation? Provide periodic reports and database updates on all BD and P&L account related parameters? Actively involved in recruitment, team building and mentoring to develop subordinatesDesired Attributes ? Established client relationships (both private and government sector) in focus economies especially KSA and desirably other GCC locations ? Fluent bilingual (Arabic and English) capabilities ? both oral and written?
