We are currently seeking qualified 'Electrical AC Technicians' to perform PM service and reactionary maintenance and repair for commercial systems. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years? experience on commercial systems of varying sized and be able to perform the following:Replace filters on cooling equipmentCheck condition of belts and pulleys and replace as neededClean condenser and evaporator coilsCheck refrigerant charge and inspect for leaks if charge is lowClear drain lines and pansCheck electrical connectionsCheck operation of fan and blower motor and adjust if neededLubricate motors, bearings and other moving partsCheck operation of thermostats and other controlsCheck for adequate air flowRemove old or broken unitsInstallation of new systems to include rooftop and split unitsAll other installation, repair, and maintenance associated with A/C units
