Job DescriptionThe role of the Sales Executive's & Manager's ? Architectural Aluminium & Curtain Walling will involve:? Field Sales Recruitment: Specialist Construction dealing exclusively with Construction, Aluminium Windows, Aluminium Doors, Facades, Steel Windows, Steel Doors, Sliding Doors, Sun shading, Conservatories, and Building AutomationRole:? Field sales position selling a high end manufactured range of architectural aluminium windows & doors and curtain walling systems? Focus of this role will to manage the commercial relationships with main contractors, D&B contractors and specialist aluminium windows & doors and curtain walling sub-contractorsProtecting projects that have been won by our client?s dedicated specification sales team, as well as breaking specifications made by competitive manufacturers? Typical projects include education, high rise residential and commercial office50% new business development, 50% account management? Inheriting an area that is performing slightly below budget expectationTasked with a ?2m revenue target? Working closely with two other field sales professionals who are responsible for winning specifications with architects and also managing the trade and retail customers? The ideal applicant will be an Sales Team ? Architectural Aluminium & Curtain Walling with:? Proven track record in field sales within the building products industry? Must have sold associated products such as; aluminium windows & doors, curtain wall, rain screen cladding, architectural aluminium, panels, external wall insulation and other building envelope systems? Ideally contacts within main contractors and specialist window & door systems sub-contractors and curtain wall sub-contractors? New business and account management skills? Comfortable with a technical sell? Ability to sell on quality over price?
