Academic and professional qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Engineering/preferred Mechanical? Should be certified Lead Auditor? Saudi National is preferred. Experience:? Minimum 5 Years? experience as multi-discipline Quality Engineer, a substantial part of this experience should be in the oil, gas, petrochemical, Construction projects.? Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management. Reporting to:? TSS Manager of Applus Velosi Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd Job Description: ? Excellent communication to maintain and enhance company reputation with our clients and developing effective long term client relationships thus identifying and developing new opportunities for the Group.? Quality Assurance of the organizational needs (ISO-9000:2008) and Contracts. ? Business Development & Preparation of proposals for inspection services.? Interface with Clients/Customers for business purpose and intercompany (within Applus Velosi Group).? Capable to Review CVs of competent personal required for the project and conduct Technical Interviews? Training and guiding personnel to fit for their job requirement? Execution of the projects and ensuring their timely delivery to the valued Client/Customers.? Management of multi-discipline engineering project teams.? Responsible to implement the strategic plan as instructed by TSS Manager, as well as, to monitor the best spend and effective cost management of his assigned projects.? Using appropriate methods and interpersonal styles to develop, motivate, and guide the team toward successful completion of projects/objectives.? Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques? Establishes action plans for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently with on-going prioritizing of critical activities.? Providing technical support to the Inspectors & engineers.? Attending Business meetings.? Ensure the Implementation of Health, Safety, Environment and Security of the company?s Polices and Procedure.
